Conditions for Application:

- At least 18 years of age
- Minimum secondary education (high school diploma, vocational qualification, etc.)
- Minimum stable, intermediate (B2/Upper Intermediate) level of English proficiency

- Registration followed by online briefing and consultation
- Filling out the adult education contract and paying a deposit of 255 USD (245 EUR)
- Access to the course materials and individual preparation before the course
- Payment of the remaining course fee (installment payment is possible)
- Participation in the 7-day intensive classroom course

Course Schedule:

Morning instruction: 09:00 – 12:00
Lunch break: 12:00 – 13:00

Afternoon instruction: 13:00 – 17:00

Days 1–3: Joint discussion and practical evaluation of the pre-received and individually studied course material, related lectures, answering any questions that arise

End of Day 3: THEORETICAL EXAM

Day 4: Morning – Online lectures and reports from our graduates; Afternoon – Organized group leisure activity

Days 5–6: Guided professional practice, mentoring, personalized advice, and development

End of Day 6: PRACTICAL EXAM

Day 7: Course conclusion, presentation of certificates, private consultation and advice regarding job placement and job search

About the Course Instructor:

Dr. Ildikó Furka earned her doctorate in the field of developing intercultural competence within language teaching in the Language Pedagogy program of the Doctoral School of Education at ELTE University. During her teaching career, she taught in language schools on language courses tailored to corporate needs in Hungary and North America. She gained public education experience in the Middle East and traditional Hungarian public education, where she also served as a mentor teacher.

Additionally, she gained experience at a high school for students with learning difficulties. Currently, she is an assistant professor at the Centre for Foreign Languages at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics, where she develops course materials for English language courses for international students and conducts research on intercultural and linguistic needs analysis to promote the integration of foreign students.
